I never believed in the concept of love at first sight, but when the time came, it left me helpless. I work at a private company in Ahmedabad. It all started on 1st Aug 2018. I still remember that morning, I had just entered the department after the morning tea break and was caught by those beautiful mesmerizing eyes. It was her, Sheela.
She was there standing beside my boss and greeting everyone with a smile on her face. I was stuck and could not move until the boss came next to me and introduced me to her. Everyone would pick up a chit and has to gift something to the one whose name was written on their chit. God helped me here and I got the chit with her name. So I started my search for a special gift, which would make her feel special and at the same time tell her it’s me, her Secret Santa.
I am fond of clicking pictures and she knows it well, I have often captured her beauty in my camera. I wanted to use these pictures and buy a personalized gift for her. There was a spark in her eyes when she opened the box and saw her photos on the beautiful lamp. She connected the lamp and the lamp looked even more beautiful with the lights and rotation. She understood it’s me. She raised the lamp in air and said ‘Thank you my Santa’ and kissed the lamp staring at my eyes. My work was done.
